Zivo is a Sri Lankan marketplace that connects independent sellers and buyers. Zivo does not own, sell, manufacture, store, or deliver products or services listed unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian permission to use Zivo. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
Sellers are fully responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, product quality, communication, and delivery arrangements.
Buyers must verify product details and seller credibility before making payments. Zivo does not guarantee seller performance.
Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Zivo does not process or hold payments unless clearly stated.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Never share passwords or verification codes.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake or manipulated reviews may result in suspension.
Zivo is not liable for losses, disputes, fraud, or delivery issues arising from transactions between users.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
